•Co-create the context & overview in group and 1-on-1 sessions
•Understand the key goals, objectives, needs & expectations
•Explore current thinking on strategy, leadership, roles, alignment options (e.g. KPI’s, rewards, etc) and action plans
•Gauge available budget, skills, resources & timelines
•Take account of current challenges, issues, risks, concerns& considerations
Concept & Direction Phase (2 to 8 weeks)
•Co-create the language and visual references for a compelling vision with implementation teams and leaders/ project champions
•Begin creating authentic buy-in and motivation through visioning workshops and ideal scenario work
•Explore any misalignment and begin to resolve conflicts or issues over agreed timeframes
