Concept and Discovery Phase

We would begin with a discovery phase which would allow us to:

  • see what work has already been done and what is still required
  • create a detailed quote for the full business plan to be developed
  • create and agree the basic outline of the business plan to suit your specific needs
  • understand the overall vision you have for your business along with each key aspect of your business plan
  • develop and sign a non-disclosure agreement that you could use again for anyone else you share your ideas or business plan with in future where this may be a requirement
We would then decide how best to continue, and what to include for the high level and detailed planning phases.

High Level and Detailed Business Planning Phase

A professional business plan will be developed together with you, in a step-by-step process that ensures a successful and well thought through set of documents that can be used for approaching potential investors and business partners along with implementing the plans and having a baseline to measure planned versus actual results against.
We would discuss the overall content of the business plan in an initial discovery process, which would allow us to see what work and information is already available and what would still need to be covered, and then take the steps needed to flesh out each area.

Meetings and planning activities may be designed as short sessions with time in between, built into an overall business planning process which you can then repeat in-house or as a facilitated process each year to update and refine your business plan and strategy.
Or, the business planning process can be designed as 2-3 continuous weeks of workshops, depending on what suits your business and study schedule.
Both approaches will allow us to focus on productivity, depth and meaningful, sustainable

Should you wish for your business planning process to have a “whole brain” creative element to it, we can include several exercises designed to include visual and even holisticexperiences and outcomes, using colourful, creative techniques and materials, such as:

  •  vision board collaging               power   painting                      story boards
  •  mind-mapping                          brainstorming                          visualizations
