Michelle Jacobs started ACT!ON INNOVATION in 1998, after facilitating, project managing, business developing, training and coaching blue chip corporates, small businesses and private individuals since 1993.
Michelle's interest in innovative methods to developing teams and delivering projects successfully has taken her to America, Australia, Europe and Singapore to train in a variety of world class international coaching, facilitation and training methods. More recently, she has accredited as a Master ILS Coach which is an ICF accredited training program and also completed online courses in Visual Coaching and Facilitation methods with a Canadian trainer and coach.
Michelle has facilitated projects and workshops,
coaching and training sessions for over 2500 individuals since the
1990's. Michelle's roles have included Project Manager for Olivetti
Information Technology, Strategic Change Facilitator for CNA Gallo,
Operations Director for X-Pert Project Management Services Western Cape
and Senior Business Development Manager for Cell C. She is now the business owner and managing member of Action Innovation, which includes being the founding member for Creativity Gym, Growth Galaxy and The Collective as part of the offerings she is responsible for.
She holds a B.Soc.Sc (Economics and Organisational Psychology) and certificate in Project Management (Engineering Department) from the University of Cape Town and a B.A. Honors (Organisational Psychology) from the University of South Africa. She also holds several certificates for short courses and longer programmes in Coaching, Project Management, Training, Facilitation, Strategy, Finance, Entrepreneurship, Corporate Social Investment, Soft Skills Development, Counselling and Fine Art.
